Hi, my name is Derek Friedrich. Being a realtor is a real pleasure for me, helping trusting clients with buying and selling properties since September 1989. Our team has reach many award levels with that trust such as Diamond Award winner for 11 consecutive years, ranked among the Top 3% of Royal Lepage agents and an active member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), the Northumberland Hills Association of Realtors Real Estate Board (NHAR) & the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).
Over the years we’ve met a lot of great people and have had the chance to help clients buy and sell more than once.
